Separando ambientes, compondo fachadas de edificações, sobrepondo paredes o até mesmo utilizados em cenografias, os painéis vazados são uma opção flexível e criativa quando queremos criar texturas e trazer mais design para os ambientes.
Também conhecidos como biombos, painéis decorativos e muxarabis, os painéis vazados são em grande maioria cortados em chapas de MDF na máquina Router CNC.
A usinagem dos painéis é toda automatizada e o desenho é feito a partir de arquivos vetoriais.
O benefício do uso de MDF para usinagem de painéis é o acabamento perfeito, a personalização extrema e a rapidez no corte. Após o corte, os painéis podem receber o acabamento que melhor se adequar ao projeto, como pintura, laqueação, entre outros.
Qual as dimensões e espessuras do mdf?
O tamanho máximo que podemos trabalhar é o limite da chapa de MDF e o mínimo é de acordo com seu projeto. As chapas de MDF mais utilizadas são: MDF Cru, MDF Verde/Ultra (resistente à água), MDF revestido (diversas opções), Valchromat (colorido de alta resistência), entre outros.
É possível confeccionar painéis com dimensões superiores ao tamanho limite da chapa de MDF desde que sejam projetados em módulos e com sistemas de encaixe.
Dimensão das chapas: 2,75 x 1,83m.
Espessuras: 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm e 30mm.

Além dos famosos painéis vazados em 2D, com a Router CNC é possível criar painéis paramétricos através do software Rhinoceros. Dentre as diversas opções de modelagem, podemos ver um exemplo ao lado, um painel modelado em Rhino em que todas as peças foram cortadas em 2D e projetadas para se intercalarem e formarem um painel orgânico e tridimensional.
